These drinks are all about exploring unique and fresh flavors,

like using ingredients such as lemon and ginger for that extra zing.

But even with these offbeat ingredients,

they're still approachable because they've balanced the flavors just right,

so they're not too out there.

Their star menu items include

the decaf Pandan Blue Milk, Hojicha Latte, and Espresso Tonic. They're all about finding that

sweet spot where the sweetness and

aroma blend seamlessly, not too strong, not too subtle.

And they roast their own Hojicha, giving it that special homemade touch.

So these drinks are all about kicking back and enjoying something innovative and exciting,

yet totally chill and easygoing at the same time.

If you're looking for some tasty options to go with your coffee,

I'd recommend the Yuju Ricotta Toast and

the Kayak Jam Ube Toast.

Personally, I think they pair better with

an Americano or a Pourover rather than a sweet coffee.
